    Each model call debits the shared wallet. Auto-refill is optional, capped, and off by default.

    AI returns payment-required. Directory, OKRs, cycles, coverage, Teams, and template Slack stay available.

How the estimate is built

Fixed org cost + per-person cost. Fixed covers weekly digests, overlap detector, coverage auditor, and shared Slack/canvas overhead. Per-person covers objective workshop, quality reviews, and alignment coach turns that grow with headcount. The model is credits = fixed + perPerson × N.

  • A few workflows: 3000 fixed + 450/person — Digest narrative + overlap detector on a light schedule. Good for trying AI without leaning on coaches.
